What exactly is CIPHER?
A premium niche-fragrance house that “decodes the essence” of who you are and bottles it—no copy-catting, no fluff.
What concentration are your fragrances?
Every bottle is Extrait de Parfum—over 20 % perfume oil—so expect deeper sillage, longer wear, and fewer midday top-ups.
Are your perfumes inspired by other brands?
We’re inspired by experiences and olfactory memories. Any resemblance to another scent is purely your nose connecting the dots.
Is CIPHER unisex?
Some of our creations lean masculine, some feminine, many sit happily in the middle. We label each, but your skin has veto power.
What’s your return policy?
Unopened bottles may come home within 4 days of arrival. Opened/used bottles are deemed “decoded” and can’t return to HQ. Faulty item? We cover return shipping and replace it on us.
Can I sample before buying a full bottle?
Discovery sets are coming soon. Until then, our 50 ml format is the commitment-phobe’s best friend.
How should I store my perfume?
Cool, dark, drama-free spaces only (think closet, not dashboard). Sunlight and heat break down the code.
